DoW Traumatic Brain Injury and Psychological Health, Health Services Research Award
Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Army through USAMRAA is offering the FY26 Traumatic Brain Injury and Psychological Health Research Program Health Services Research Award to fund high-impact research that bridges research, practice, and policy for targeted populations. The award supports health services research such as comparative effectiveness studies, implementation of interventions and clinical practices or guidelines, and validation of data science insights. Applications must include clinical research or clinical trials involving human subjects, human subject data or records, or human anatomical substances, and they must include preliminary data; basic, preclinical, animal, and classified research are not allowed, and prospective human-subject studies must use community-based participatory research approaches. The program anticipates about $8 million total funding for approximately two awards, and the two-step process requires a pre-application by September 24, 2026 and a full application by October 15, 2026, with questions directed to the eBRAP Help Desk at help@eBRAP.org or 301-682-5507.
