Grant Opportunity Analysis

The U.S. Mission to Vietnam’s Public Diplomacy Section is seeking proposals to implement workforce development and innovation programs through American Spaces. Awardees will design and deliver activities that strengthen English proficiency and technology skills in artificial intelligence, coding, cybersecurity, and entrepreneurship to build a pipeline of skilled, English-capable Vietnamese youth. The program targets university students, educators, and early-career professionals aged 18 to 40 in Hanoi, Thai Nguyen, Ho Chi Minh City, and An Giang. Proposals must be submitted using the designated templates within a strict 10-page limit by the closing date of August 2, 2026, for cooperative agreements valued between $10,000 and $20,000.
