Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration is accepting grant applications for the Circles of Care for American Indian and Alaska Natives program. Funded recipients will plan and develop a comprehensive, community-based system of care that coordinates effective mental health and essential supportive services for children, youth, and young adults from birth through age 25 and their families. This community-based system must focus on delivering services that are family-driven and youth-guided. Eligible applicants are limited to federally recognized American Indian and Alaska Native tribes, tribal organizations, Urban Indian Organizations, or consortia of tribes or tribal organizations. Applications must be submitted by July 15, 2026, for this program, which has an estimated total funding of $6,863,777 to support approximately 20 awards of up to $350,000 each.
