The U.S. Small Business Administration is offering the Manufacturing in America E2G Grant Initiative to fund established organizations that will provide hands-on, in-person manufacturing training and technical assistance to eligible small manufacturing business concerns under the Empower to Grow Program. The work centers on delivering innovative training and technical assistance, with required application materials that include standard federal forms and SBA-specific attachments covering budgets, technical proposals, indirect costs, and audit information. Applicants must be for-profit or not-for-profit entities that have existed continuously for at least three years and can show experience providing regional or national hands-on assistance related to small manufacturing businesses, along with the capacity to deliver manufacturing-related training and technical assistance; electronic submission through Grants.gov requires UEI and SAM registration and related account authorization steps. Applications are due electronically by 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 15, 2026, with a total of $5 million available per award and an estimated 10 awards under this opportunity.
Eligible Applicants
To be eligible for this funding opportunity, an applicant must: •Be a for-profit or not-for-profit entity (including, but not limited to small businesses, other-than small businesses, trade and professional associations, and educational institutions); •Have been in existence continually for at least the past three years; •Have experience providing hands-on, in-person technical assistance, tools, or training relating to small manufacturing businesses on a regional or national basis; and •Demonstrate that it has the capacity to provide manufacturing-related training and technical assistance to small business concerns
