Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Office for Victims of Crime is seeking applications to support the continued operation of the National Mass Violence Center (NMVC) under a cooperative agreement. The selected recipient will prepare for and respond to mass violence incidents by providing training, education, and both in-person and virtual victim-support services to law enforcement, first responders, survivors, and families. Work activities focus on implementing mental health care and emergency supports, creating recovery centers, and integrating victim needs into existing community emergency response plans. Eligible applicants are restricted to private institutions of higher education.
