The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is seeking one cooperative agreement to design, implement, and oversee the FY 2027 Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program. The award will support a range of exchange models for U.S. and international K-12 educators, including recruitment, selection, placement, program implementation, and alumni and outreach activities. The program is expected to run for 56 months, from October 2026 through June 2031, and will emphasize exchanges in STEM, AI, critical minerals, and career readiness while following Fulbright policies and procedures. The cooperative agreement is valued at approximately $10.5 million, with proposals due June 29, 2026, and submissions must follow the stated application requirements, including registration with SAM.gov and MyGrants.
