Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Administration for Children and Families’ Office of Refugee Resettlement is seeking a cooperative agreement for the Wilson Fish Bridge to Employment Program to fund employment and English-language services for recipients of Refugee Cash Assistance. The program is intended to help eligible individuals access required employment training, placement, and language services in states where the Refugee Support Services program will no longer operate. Approved projects may deliver services directly or through subawards, and the work applies to individuals within the first 36 months after arrival in the United States or after receiving an ORR-eligible status. Eligible Applicants
Applications from individuals (including sole proprietorships), federal entities, and foreign entities are not eligible and will be disqualified from the merit review and funding under this funding opportunity. Faith-based and community organizations that meet the eligibility requirements are eligible for awards under this funding opportunity.
