BJA FY25 Invited to Apply – Prison Rape Elimination Act Resource Center

The Bureau of Justice Assistance is seeking an invited applicant to support the Prison Rape Elimination Act Resource Center through a cooperative agreement. The work will help BJA and the PREA Management Office carry out the Department of Justice’s auditing responsibilities under the PREA statute and standards to prevent, detect, and respond to sexual victimization of adults and juveniles in confinement. The opportunity is limited to applicants that received an official invitation letter from BJA, and only Impact Justice is eligible to apply; no cost sharing or matching is required. The application deadline is May 6, 2026, and the award ceiling is $1.4 million.
