The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is seeking a cooperative agreement for the FY 2026 Study of the U.S. Institutes Madeleine K. Albright Young Women Leaders Program to design and implement summer 2027 exchange institutes. The award will support four five-week institutes for about 80 foreign undergraduate students, with two focused on Economic Prosperity and Growth and two on Governance and Security. Each institute includes an approximately four-week academic residency at a U.S. educational institution and a one-week academic field experience in another U.S. region, along with program oversight, logistical coordination, alumni engagement, and a monitoring and evaluation plan. The anticipated award is $1,500,000, and applications are due June 26, 2026, through Grants.gov.
