Eligible projects should align with U.S. public diplomacy priorities, include a U.S. cultural element or U.S. experts or institutions where appropriate, and are limited to Kuwait-based nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and individuals; cost sharing is encouraged but not required, and organizational applicants must have a UEI and active SAM.gov registration. Awards are expected to range from $5,000 to $25,000 for projects lasting up to 12 months, with applications due July 15, 2026, and the contact email listed as PASKuwaitM@state.gov.
