FY26 Collaborative Reform Organizational Assessment and Enhanced Training Invitational

The U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, is seeking applications for the FY26 Collaborative Reform Initiative Organizational Assessment and Enhanced Training Invitational program. Under this cooperative agreement, the selected recipient will identify and implement organizational improvements in law enforcement agencies through assessments, technical assistance, and a suite of innovative online training experiences. The enhanced training component is designed for cohort-based, flexible, blended learning that allows law enforcement professionals to implement new community policing concepts and measure outcomes within a three- to six-month timeframe. Eligibility for this program is strictly limited to applicants who have received a direct invitation from the COPS Office. Applications must be submitted by August 24, 2026, for a single award with an estimated total program funding and ceiling of $750,000, and programmatic questions can be directed to AskCopsRC@usdoj.gov.
