Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Health Resources and Services Administration is seeking applications for the Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health Technical Assistance Center. The selected recipient will provide technical assistance to support states, jurisdictions, U.S. territories, tribal communities, and birthing facilities participating in the maternal health quality improvement initiative. The center will focus on implementing clinical safety bundles and best practices to improve maternal health outcomes and make childbirth safer across the nation. HRSA plans to award a single cooperative agreement with an estimated project start date of March 1, 2027. Applications must be submitted electronically by November 13, 2026, with total program funding and an award ceiling of $3,000,000.

Eligible applicants include any domestic public or private entity. Domestic faith based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply
