Grant Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Mission to Angola, through the U.S. Embassy in Luanda, is seeking applications for the FY 2026 Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund, a Department of State grant program for alumni-led projects that support shared interests and benefit local communities in Angola and São Tomé and Príncipe. Proposals must be team-based, involving at least two U.S. government-sponsored exchange program alumni with one designated team lead, and the application package uses the AEIF budget form with itemized justifications for allowable project costs such as contractual services, supplies, travel, and other direct costs.
