Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 Service Area Competition (SAC)

The Health Resources and Services Administration is seeking applications for the Fiscal Year 2027 Health Center Program Service Area Competition. Grant recipients must deliver comprehensive, high-quality preventive and primary health care services to improve the health of medically underserved communities and populations across the United States and its territories. Funding is directed toward eligible service areas identified in the Service Area Announcement Table, with projects expected to begin on February 1, 2027. The agency estimates a total program funding of $422,424,000 to support approximately 109 awards ranging from a floor of $398,400 to a ceiling of $22,025,000.
