Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Administration for Community Living is funding a cooperative agreement to operate the National Paralysis Resource Center. The selected recipient will run a national information and referral center, implement peer mentoring programs, coordinate national outreach, and administer an open, competitive subaward program using at least 35 percent of annual federal funds. Performance will be evaluated via process and outcome assessments, and the recipient must launch a public performance dashboard by the second year of the three-year period of performance, which runs from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029. Applications must be submitted through Grants.gov by July 31, 2026, for this single award valued at up to $10,000,000 per budget period, with an estimated total program funding of $30,000,000.
