Canine Cancer Immunotherapy Network (K9CIN; U01 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)

The National Institutes of Health, through the National Cancer Institute, is seeking cooperative agreement applications to continue the Canine Cancer Immunotherapy Network (K9CIN), a program designed to support canine cancer immunotherapy research that may inform human cancer treatment. The network will include one U01 Network Coordinating Center with limited research responsibilities and four U01 awards for canine cancer immunotherapy clinical trials and correlative studies. The effort focuses on evaluating immunotherapeutic agents alone or with other treatment modalities in pet dogs with cancer, with the aim of advancing canine analytics, therapeutics, and translational insights relevant to human disease.
