Washington Headquarters Services, on behalf of the Office of the Secretary of War and the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment, is seeking sole-source grant and cooperative agreement awards for the National September 11 Memorial and Museum and the Pentagon Memorial Fund to support 9/11 memorial education efforts.
