This initiative aims to enhance laboratory capacity for HIV testing, treatment, and viral suppression by providing technical and financial resources to improve diagnostic technologies, workforce training, and quality management systems. The total funding anticipated for the first year is approximately $500,000, with applications due by February 17, 2026, and the project expected to commence on September 30, 2026.
