Support for the Return and Rehabilitation of Forcibly Transferred Ukrainian Children

The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs is seeking a cooperative agreement to support the return, rehabilitation, and reintegration of forcibly transferred Ukrainian children and youth.
