The U.S. Mission to Lebanon’s Public Diplomacy Section is offering the 2026 Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund grant to support exchange alumni projects that advance shared interests, policy objectives, and local community benefits. The competition seeks concept notes from teams of at least two alumni of U.S. government-funded or sponsored exchange programs to design and implement public service projects. Proposals must include a project summary, goals and SMART objectives, design and methods, timeline, partners, outreach, and a monitoring and evaluation plan, and the work is intended to support priorities such as Freedom 250, making the United States safer, stronger, and more prosperous, and defending freedom of speech. Awards range from $5,000 to $35,000, with an estimated total program funding of $35,000 for about two awards, no matching requirement, and a submission deadline of May 18, 2026; inquiries may be sent to PDBeirutGrants@state.gov.
