Strategies to Link, Engage, and Retain Men with HIV in Care: Implementation Technical Assistance Provider

The Health Resources and Services Administration’s HIV/AIDS Bureau is seeking a recipient for a cooperative agreement to serve as the Implementation Technical Assistance Provider for an initiative focused on men with HIV who are not consistently engaged in care. The award will support adaptation, implementation, and evaluation of interventions, including soliciting and selecting implementation sites, managing up to eight subawards, and providing implementation-specific technical assistance and user-friendly implementation materials. The work is grounded in implementation science and is intended to align with the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program, with emphasis on rapid adaptation, broad-scale implementation, generalizable findings, and public dissemination products developed using human-centered design and adult learning principles. The project is a three-year effort with total funding of $3,240,000, and applications are due July 8, 2026; the expected award date is September 1, 2026.
