Grant Opportunity Analysis

The Office of Career Technical and Adult Education is providing Fiscal Year 2026 State Allocations under the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 to states and eligible outlying areas for career and technical education program administration. The memorandum provides estimated Title I allocation amounts to support state budget planning and Perkins State plan revisions, including the distribution approach for secondary funds using poverty and population or enrollment data.
