DoW Autism Clinical Trial Award
Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Army’s USAMRAA is offering the FY26 Autism Research Program Clinical Trial Award to fund clinical trials that could improve the treatment or management of autism. The work can range from small proof-of-concept studies through large efficacy trials and may evaluate products, drugs or biologics, devices, clinical guidance, and emerging approaches or technologies. Applications are strongly encouraged to align with a FY26 area of interest and must include community collaboration, preliminary data, a clear statistical plan, and a post-award transition plan, with a Partnering PI option available for early-career investigators. The program expects a maximum four-year period of performance and uses a two-step submission process through eBRAP, with approximately $3.25 million available for one standard award and one Partnering PI award; pre-applications are due July 27, 2026, full applications are due October 22, 2026, and the eBRAP Help Desk is listed at help@eBRAP.org.
