Small Business Transportation Technical Assistance Center (Region 3)

The U.S. Department of Transportation, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, is accepting applications to establish and operate the Region 3 Small Business Transportation Technical Assistance Center. The selected recipient will provide transportation-related technical assistance, business training, and capacity-building services to help small and disadvantaged businesses compete for and perform on transportation-related contracts. Applicants must meet cost-sharing or matching requirements, and the program will be managed under a cooperative agreement featuring a 12-month base year and two performance-based option years. Eligible private institutions of higher education must submit their applications by the closing deadline of August 30, 2026, for a single award valued at a ceiling and floor of $278,272.
