Recovery Community Services Program - Statewide Network

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration is accepting applications for the Recovery Community Services Program - Statewide Network grant. Funded organizations will work to strengthen recovery organizations, their statewide recovery networks, and healthcare systems to improve the delivery of recovery support services. Deliverables include structured collaboration, systems improvement, public health messaging, and targeted training for key recovery partners. Eligible applicants are domestic public and private non-profit entities, including faith-based organizations. SAMHSA expects to make five awards from an estimated total program funding of $1,500,000, with an award ceiling of $300,000, and the application deadline is July 27, 2026.
