The U.S. Mission to Barbados, representing the U.S. Department of State’s Embassy Bridgetown, is funding the implementation of the EducationUSA Eastern Caribbean Regional Advising Program. The selected part-time adviser will deliver monthly webinar series, provide individual and cohort-based virtual advising services, and establish formal partnerships with at least 15 regional institutions and U.S. universities. This initiative aims to expand access to U.S. higher education for youth across the Eastern Caribbean through comprehensive social media strategies, college fairs, and educational events. The cooperative agreement offers up to $24,500 in total program funding for a two-year period of performance, and applications must be submitted by July 24, 2026.
