The U.S. Mission to Indonesia is seeking proposals to design and implement the 2027 YSEALI Regional Workshop focused on securing supply chains and strengthening economic and regional security. The selected recipient will organize a four-day workshop in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and Surabaya, Indonesia, for up to 55 early-stage ASEAN leaders to study supply chain resilience, cybersecurity, critical minerals, and emerging technologies. The program requires managing all participant travel, developing the curriculum, and coordinating a business incubator competition that provides seed funding for innovative supply chain initiatives. Eligible applicants include non-profit organizations, think tanks, and educational institutions, with preference given to joint proposals that feature local partners in both Vietnam and Indonesia. Applications for this $300,000 cooperative agreement must be submitted electronically to passurabaya@state.gov by August 31, 2026.
