The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, through its Office of Policy Development and Research, is offering a competitive cooperative agreement grant to support housing policy research. The award will fund projects that expand knowledge about housing policy in the United States and produce actionable evidence that policymakers and communities can use in the short term. Funding is for research-focused work under CFDA 14.536, with no cost sharing required and an award range of $100,000 to $1.5 million; the broader program totals $8 million and includes roughly 10 awards. Eligible Applicants
Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs); Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs); Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities (TCCUs); and Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian Serving Institutions (ANNH) are eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
