The U.S. Mission to Kazakhstan announces an open competition for a cooperative agreement to carry out the administrative management of eight American Spaces in Kazakhstan. The selected recipient will provide administrative and programming support, including distributing monthly stipends and fringe benefits to coordinators, managing mobile plans and outreach expenses, and delivering branded promotional materials for monthly programming. The project aims to strengthen staff retention, expand audience participation through at least 24 targeted outreach events, and deliver at least 24 programs highlighting American excellence by September 2027. Eligible applicants are Kazakhstan-based not-for-profit organizations, who must submit their applications by the closing date of July 31, 2026, for an award valued between $120,000 and $150,000.
Eligible Applicants
Not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations based in Kazakhstan. For-profit entities, even those that may fall into the categories listed, are not eligible to apply for this NOFO.
