Grant Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Mission to Jerusalem Public Diplomacy Section is seeking proposals for cooperative agreements to implement projects that advance U.S. economic, commercial, and security interests among Palestinian audiences. Funded initiatives must address at least one of five strategic goals: advancing U.S. economic interests, promoting U.S.-Israeli-Palestinian health-tech cooperation, supporting Christian tourism, promoting American excellence in educational technology, or countering malign influences and supporting free speech. All projects must incorporate a distinct American cultural or educational component, and applications will be evaluated based on feasibility, organizational capacity, budget realism, monitoring and evaluation plans, and sustainability. Applicants must submit their proposals electronically to JerusalemPDJApplications@state.gov by August 6, 2026, for projects lasting up to 18 months with individual awards ranging from $50,000 to $250,000 out of a total $1,000,000 funding pool.
