Grant Opportunity Analysis

The Department of the Army's Materiel Command is inviting research proposals for the Quantum Characterization, Calibration, and Control (QC3) initiative, aimed at advancing quantum computing technologies. This program focuses on three critical areas: the characterization of qubit operations, the calibration of multi-qubit circuits, and the control of qubit behavior to achieve fault-tolerant standards. The initiative is vital for enhancing the performance and scalability of quantum computing systems, which are essential for national defense and security. Proposals are due by August 7, 2025, with white papers required by May 30, 2025. Interested applicants can contact Dr. T.R. Govindan at usarmy.rtp.devcom-arl.mesg.qcbox@army.mil for further information.
