These programs must target audiences such as youth, students, educators, and entrepreneurs to foster innovation-driven growth, democratic resilience, and national security. Applicants can request funding between an award floor of $10,000 and an award ceiling of $20,000, with applications accepted through the closing deadline of July 31, 2026.
