The U.S. Small Business Administration is seeking recipients for the CY 2025 Small Business Development Center Program, a discretionary cooperative agreement program that supports small business assistance. The award funds organizations that establish a Lead Center and a network of partner Service Centers to serve a designated area and deliver business counseling, training, informational tools, and related services. The program operates in partnership with SBA’s Office of Small Business Development Centers and District Offices and is intended to link federal, state, local, educational, and private-sector resources in support of small business development. Applications are due April 22, 2026, and the opportunity lists an estimated total program funding of $140,000,000 with awards ranging from $200,000 to $8,393,834.
