FY 2026 COPS Office-NHTSA Impaired Driving Curricula Invitational Program

The U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office) is seeking to fund the FY 2026 COPS Office-NHTSA Impaired Driving Curricula Invitational Program. The recipient of this cooperative agreement will be responsible for updating and enhancing the impaired driving curricula offered by the U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Eligibility for this program is strictly limited to applicants who have received a direct, personal invitation from the COPS Office. The estimated total program funding is $2,000,000 to support a single award, and applications must be submitted by August 31, 2026.
