Grant Opportunity Analysis

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Alaska District is seeking a cooperative agreement to provide land rehabilitation and maintenance support for the Richardson Training Area at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, in support of the Integrated Training Area Management Program. The work includes soil, water, and vegetation protection and repair, erosion control, vegetation and soil rehabilitation, sensitive area protection, and habitat management. The period of performance is 12 months from award with two possible 12-month option periods, and the Government will remain substantively involved through collaboration on military land use requirements, maneuver trail improvements planning, and progress reporting; proposals are to be evaluated on experience, technical approach, and cost.
