The Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is seeking applications for the FY 2027 International Visitor Leadership Program's National Program Agencies. Selected recipients will design and implement customized short-term visits to the United States for current and emerging international leaders to support U.S. foreign policy goals. Applicants must demonstrate expertise in foreign policy and professional exchange programming, and they are required to establish a Performance Monitoring Plan utilizing the Monitoring Data for ECA framework to track objectives like cross-cultural competence and participant skills. The agency expects to award approximately five cooperative agreements with an estimated total program funding of $16,215,000 and individual award ceilings of $8,875,000.
