Advancing NATO’s Collective Defense and Industrial Capacity

The U.S. Mission to NATO, through the U.S. Department of State’s Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program, is seeking a grant to advance understanding of NATO’s collective defense role and defense industrial cooperation. The program supports workshops, exchanges, research, and digital engagement that connect U.S. and Allied stakeholders, build expertise, and foster collaboration among policymakers, researchers, industry representatives, and emerging leaders. The work focuses on defense investment, industrial capacity, and emerging technologies, and the opportunity is open to not-for-profit organizations, academic institutions, and other entities capable of implementing a public diplomacy program with a clear U.S. component.
