Somalia Operational Mentorship and Sustainment Capacity Building
Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Bureau of Political-Military Affairs at the U.S. Department of State is offering a Cooperative Agreement aimed at enhancing the operational mentorship and sustainment capacity of the Somali National Army (SNA)-Danab Advanced Infantry Brigade. The initiative focuses on improving force management, operational effectiveness, and self-sustainment capabilities, while supporting the African Union Support and Stabilization Mission in Somalia (AUSSOM). This funding opportunity, with a total ceiling of $10 million for a performance period of 12 to 18 months, is open to a variety of eligible applicants, including U.S. and foreign non-profit organizations, public international organizations, and U.S. for-profit entities.
