Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (RRTC) on Interventions to Promote Community Living Among People with Disabilities

The Administration for Community Living is funding a cooperative agreement grant to establish a Rehabilitation Research and Training Center focused on Interventions to Promote Community Living Among People with Disabilities. The selected grantee must conduct a systematic review of existing interventions, execute two rigorous research studies with at least one at the scale-up evaluation stage, and provide national training, technical assistance, and dissemination. Work must be conducted over a five-year project period running from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2031, with a requirement to host a state-of-the-science conference in the fourth year and ensure Section 508 compliance for all digital products. Eligible Applicants
States; public or private agencies, including for-profit agencies; public or private organizations, including for-profit organizations; IHEs; and Indian tribes and tribal organizations. Foreign entities are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement. Faith-based and community organizations that meet the eligibility requirements are eligible to receive awards under this funding opportunity announcement.
