The U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Investment and Innovation is seeking applications for the Fiscal Year 2026 Supply Chain Acceleration and Logistics Enablement Program. Awardees must provide technical assistance, industry matchmaking, manufacturing modernization, and supplier readiness assessments to small businesses. Applicants must target one of six priority supply chain areas: advanced manufacturing, biotechnology and biomanufacturing, the defense industrial base, energy and critical materials, food and agriculture, or transportation, logistics, and industrial infrastructure. Over a 24-month period of performance starting September 30, 2026, proposals will be evaluated out of 100 points, with 80 points designated for the technical approach and 20 points for organizational qualifications. Applications must be submitted through Grants.gov by August 7, 2026, to compete for approximately 20 awards of up to $500,000 each from a total program funding pool of $9,000,000.
