Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State seeks proposals to design and implement the FY 2026 Community Solutions Program. The selected recipient will manage a three- to four-month U.S.-based exchange program for approximately 50 to 60 international and American community leaders, ages 27 to 39, focused on regional economic growth initiatives in sectors like culinary industries, tourism, and technology. Applicants must customize a Performance Monitoring Plan using the Monitoring Data for ECA framework to track standardized indicators, gather demographic data, and maintain a minimum survey response rate target of 60%.
