The U.S. Department of Education is seeking a cooperative agreement to establish a National Technical Assistance Center for Postsecondary Education and Training for Individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. The center is intended to increase enrollment and completion in postsecondary education and employment training for this population by providing technical assistance and related support.
