Strengthening Public Health Systems and Services through National Partnerships to Improve and Protect the Nation's Health
Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, through CDC-PHIC, is seeking cooperative agreement applicants to provide capacity-building assistance that strengthens public health systems and services and supports the nation’s health. The opportunity provides supplemental funding for organizations already awarded under Funding Strategy 1 of CDC-RFA-PW-24-0080, with work plans and budgets aligned to the population of focus awarded in FY24. Proposed work is expected to cover organizational capacity and performance improvement, workforce support, data modernization and information technology, partnership development and engagement, and policy and program activities, with the goal of improving infrastructure, health outcomes, and health equity. Eligibility is limited to bona fide agents applying on behalf of state, territorial, local, and tribal government organizations.
