The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) is inviting applications for the FY24 Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Program, aimed at enhancing public safety responses for individuals with mental health disorders and co-occurring substance use disorders. This grant program seeks to fund initiatives that foster cross-system collaboration, enabling organizations to develop and implement comprehensive plans to better serve affected populations. With an estimated total program funding of $13.75 million and an award ceiling of $550,000, BJA anticipates making approximately 25 awards.
