The U.S. Mission to Indonesia's Public Diplomacy Section is seeking a partner for a cooperative agreement to operationalize the American Innovation Hubs program. The selected recipient will transform five existing American Corners in Pontianak, Malang, Yogyakarta, Ambon, and Makassar into modern innovation spaces equipped with American-built AI hardware and licensed software. Work requirements include professionalizing local staff, designing recurring AI skills labs, and training at least 1,500 Indonesian youth and small businesses to produce tangible digital content, hackathons, and a national Grand Final. This initiative is funded by FY 2026 Fulbright-Hays Funds and features substantial embassy involvement over a 24-month performance period. Organizations must submit their applications electronically to JakartaPASGrants@state.gov by August 30, 2026, for an award valued between $250,000 and $263,114.
