Grant Opportunity Analysis

The Health Resources and Services Administration is accepting applications for the HIV Technical Assistance for Indian Country cooperative agreement program. Funded recipients will build organizational and workforce capacity at tribal and urban Indian organizations to improve HIV identification, linkage and re-engagement in care, and viral suppression among American Indian and Alaska Native populations. To achieve this, awardees must review existing landscape analyses, develop custom training and technical assistance plans, deliver tailored provider-level and system-level assistance, and implement a peer learning collaborative. This four-year program expects to fund three awards with an individual ceiling of $1,500,000 from an estimated total program budget of $4,500,000. Applications must be submitted electronically by July 10, 2026, and inquiries can be directed to Son H. Phan at SPhan@hrsa.gov.
