The Department of Health and Human Services Office on Women’s Health is seeking applications to establish the NAVIGATE Reproductive Center of Excellence. This initiative recognizes and elevates an organization with clinical expertise in reproductive health conditions to standardize care pathways, expand provider training, improve patient navigation, and rigorously evaluate clinical outcomes. Awardees will utilize a restorative, root-cause clinical framework to address conditions such as endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome. The cooperative agreement provides up to $500,000 for a 24-month period of performance starting September 30, 2026, and requires a 100% non-federal cost-sharing match.
