NAVIGATE Reproductive Center of Excellence (Network for Assessment, Validation, Innovation, Guidance, Access, Treatment and Evaluation)

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office on Women’s Health (OWH) has issued a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the "NAVIGATE Reproductive Center of Excellence" (Opportunity Number: WH-AST-26-003). This cooperative agreement will award a single grant of up to $500,000 for a 24-month period of performance, starting September 30, 2026, with an optional competitive third year. Applicants must provide a 100% non-federal cost-sharing match. The initiative seeks to recognize and elevate an organization with demonstrated clinical expertise in preventing, diagnosing, and treating leading reproductive health conditions (such as endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome/PMOS) using a restorative, root-cause clinical framework. The selected Center of Excellence will standardize clinical care pathways, expand provider training, improve patient navigation, and rigorously evaluate patient outcomes. Eligible applicants include public, private, nonprofit, and for-profit entities. Applications must be submitted electronically via Grants.gov by July 24, 2026, with a technical assistance webinar scheduled for June 29, 2026. Submissions must include a project narrative (maximum 25 pages; 50 pages total including appendices) and a detailed budget package. Applications will undergo a qualification, alignment, and independent merit review to ensure compliance with HHS priorities and federal grant stewardship standards.
