The Office on Violence Against Women is seeking applications for the Fiscal Year 2026 Sexual Assault Services Formula Program, a federal grant program that supports states and territories in providing intervention, advocacy, accompaniment, support services, and related assistance for victims of sexual assault and affected family members. Eligible Applicants
Eligible applicants are limited to: State governments, which includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands, see 34 U.S.C. § 12291(a)(37). Pursuant to 34 U.S.C. § 12511(b)(3)(B)(iii), only the state or territorial agency designated by the governor may apply.
