OJJDP FY25 Second Chance Act Youth Reentry Program

The Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) is offering the FY25 Second Chance Act Youth Reentry Program, a federal grant aimed at supporting comprehensive reentry services for moderate- to high-risk youth. This initiative seeks to assist states, local governments, and federally recognized Native American Tribal governments in collaboration with various stakeholders, including service providers and community organizations, to facilitate successful reintegration of youth into their communities before, during, and after confinement.
