Grant Opportunity Analysis

The U.S. Mission to Belgium is offering a cooperative agreement to support a commemoration of America’s 250th birthday and to strengthen U.S.-EU relations and shared economic growth. The work centers on projects that celebrate U.S. history and innovation for EU audiences, build people-to-people ties, and highlight stories, policies, research, and opportunities connected to trade, technological innovation, AI, energy, critical minerals, security, and defense. Projects should engage influential EU civil society, government, private sector, business, and industry leaders, promote the strength and benefits of the U.S.-EU relationship, and conclude by December 31, 2026. Cost sharing is required, awards are expected to range from $20,000 to $100,000 with about $250,000 total funding available for an estimated three awards, and applications are due June 26, 2026 to the USEU Grants Team.
